Maintenance performed
The owner of a geocache has repaired one of his/her own caches.
A geocacher searching for the cache found it damaged and performed [some] repairs.
Who logs "Maintenance performed" ?
The owner, after repairing a cache known to be damaged.
Any geocacher may also contribute with repairs to a cache when he/she finds it in a damaged state, such as replacing a damaged container with something similar that the geocacher has at hand, replacing a wet log with a new one, etc. Such actions help both the owner and other geocachers wanting to search for that cache.
Note: GC allows only owner to perform maintenance (as per log entry).
