Equivalents: "Disabled", "Temporarily not available".
A status "Unavailable" indicates that the onwer of a cache awknowledges there might be a problem with the cache. The cache is either missing or damaged and the owner disables it to announce his/her intention to repair it in the near future.
- a published cache is damaged or missing
- an archived cache is brought back from the archive
- a blocked cache is released
